A modular spreader beam consists of interchangeable components, which results in plenty of opportunity for different configurations and reusability.

Every Modular Spreader Beam consists of a pair of End Units and a pair of Drop Links, with interchangeable spacers that are bolted between the End Units to either lengthen or shorten the beam to suit the requirements of the lift.

Our standard range of spreader beams can be seen in the figure besides, with both hire and sales opportunities available. If you have larger capacities or specialist requirements, we can design, engineer and manufacture a suitable lifting solution for you and your projects.

Our modular spreader beams are very easily transported, as the modular components break down into 0.5m, 1m, 2m, and 4m lengths. Alternatively, we can assemble the spreader beams and transport accordingly, so that they are ready to be used on site as soon as they are delivered.

Every component of the modular spreader beam range goes through vigorous engineering and testing. Our clients are provided with material certification, NDT inspections, certificate of conformity, and a conditions of use report.
